There are prophets in their homeland

High-quality road clothing is the key to durability and road safety. Road industry specialists from all over the world are constantly working on the development and implementation of new technologies. It is the Ukrainian company Dnipro Association-K LLC that owns a unique invention, which has found recognition in the world, is used in the construction of roads in Russia, Kazakhstan, the USA, Haiti, Santa Lucia and other countries. 

DORZIN is an enzyme preparation, when mixed with a bulk layer ofрунgrund and utrumbuvanniyou can get a more durable and less vulnerable to moisture road clothing than using any other method. Such a road with a thickness of 15 cm can withstand an axle load of 7-11 tons. 

Dnipro Association-K LLC has been working for the development and implementation of technologies for the use of enzyme preparations in the road and other industries since 2004. 

With the use of DORZIN, construction of a Category I highway from Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to Petropavlovsk (1000 km) through the resort town of Borovoe began in June 2007. In 2007, it was planned to build 50 km of this highway, and by the end of July this year, thanks to the use of the enzyme preparation "DORZIN", more than 20 km of ready-made road surface with a 16-meter-wide hard surface were built. 

The technology of road surface production using DORZIN has been established: along the 50-kilometer section, 5 quarries with homogeneous soils have been arranged; 3 special sites have been organized for the preparation of a mineral ash mixture: ash and cement are mixed with a disc harrow, then with recyclers with quarry soil, a solution of the enzyme preparation "DORZIN" is added and everything is brought to optimal trumbuval humidity. 

Ready ashmineral mixture is delivered to the sprofilovana base of the road, then planned and rolled up with control of the density of the coating. 

20 cm of crushed stone-sand mixture and 25 cm of concrete are laid on the well-trodden road base. Once the roadsides are formed, the road code and category are ready. 

High productivity of the performed works is the main goal of Dnipro Association-K LLC. Now the efficiency reaches 1000 g of finished road surface per day with a concrete roadbed width of 16 m. 

Unfortunately, the technology of using DORZIN is not yet well known in our country. But the company is expanding the scope of its activities every day and invites all those who are not indifferent to the problems of road construction and repair to cooperate!
